When my parents were my age they looked a lot older than I do and they weren’t focused on their diet. I certainly can’t imagine them going to the gym. I think that’s a shame as they simply didn’t have the quality of life and the energy that I’m enjoying now. Gold medals or not, one thing that I will never take for granted is my good health and fitness.
