Each of the three plans has been designed to suit the needs of either beginners, intermediate or advanced exercisers. Each video comprises of 5 exercises that test different parts of the body as well as improve cardio, strength and tone.

Beginners is suited to those who’ve not exercised before or for a long time. Intermediate videos are designed for those who exercise once or twice a week and advanced is set for those who are regular exercisers and are looking to improve their fitness within a 5-minute format. Each video is led by Daley Thompson and demonstrated by his professional trainers. A timer in the corner of each video counts down the time required to exercise and denotes the rest period between each set.
The exercise videos are designed to fit into your day and each one takes 5-minutes to complete. The exercises are set out to be fun and give you the opportunity to challenge yourself as you get stronger and more used to them, whilst maintaining good form. A new video for each level will be added every 6-weeks to provide a new challenge to your workouts and to provide variety.
