New videos are added to the site every couple of months to ensure that you won’t get bored and will continue to see improvements in your fitness levels. You can also go up to the next level or double up the videos so that you are working out for longer once you’re more confident with the programmes and your fitness has improved.
Each video has been devised by myself (Daley) and my fitness professional colleagues so that it does what it says on the tin. Just 5 minutes a day can provide positive results and no-one can truly say that they don’t have the time.
