Each day, you will receive an email from me, with what you need to do for the day – taking away the complexity and overwhelming choice often associated with online health and exercise programmes. I’ll make it easy for you to get started and show you how you can make small changes to your lifestyle, that will make a big difference.
Daley5Minutes is a ‘daley’ programme of health and wellbeing delivered by email directly to your phone or chosen device.
WHAT YOU WILL GET ON EACH EMAIL
You will be given a 5-minute exercise video (every other day for the first 60-days), a ‘daley’ challenge and a ‘daley’ motivation – with me as your coach. You don’t have to be young or have any fitness base to start Daley5Minutes – just a willingness to make a change and get off the couch!
My progamme is suited to the time poor, as it’s easy to fit into your lifestyle. Daley5Minutes is more cost effective than hiring a personal trainer or joining the gym and requires no equipment. This is not a short term fix, I want you to develop positive habits for life.
New videos are added to the programme at higher levels of intensity as you progress to ensure that you won’t get bored and will continue to see improvements in your fitness levels.
Each video has been devised by myself (Daley) and my fitness professional colleagues so that it does what it says on the tin. Just 5 minutes a day can provide positive results and no-one can truly say that they don’t have the time.
The most important thing to recognise is that you’re not alone. This is not intimidating – I’m building a supportive community that can motivate, encourage and share their experiences, via our Facebook group.
