Are you ready for Day 236 of Daley5Minutes?
Complete one or more of the following:
- Keep a food diary or journal for the week including times you are eating / drinking and how you felt at each time i.e. happy, sad, hungry, bored
- Write a grocery list and stick to it for the week
- Plan your meals for the week to include healthy alternatives
- Repeat yesterday’s 5-minute exercise video
