Day 206 Introduction and Exercise
Are you ready for Day 206 of Daley5Minutes?
Complete one or more of the following:
- Keep a food diary or journal for the week include times as well as how you were feeling i.e. happy, sad, hungry, bored etc
- Write a grocery list and stick to it for your week’s shopping
- Plan your meals for the week to include healthy alternatives
- Repeat yesterday’s 5-minute exercise video
