Are you ready for Day 191 of Daley5Minutes?
Complete one or more of the following:
- Have low fat dips and raw vegetables for lunch instead of sandwiches this week
- Drink 4 glasses of water each day for the week
- Replace your dessert with a piece of fruit each day for the week
- Repeat yesterday’s 5-minute exercise video
