Are you ready for Day 177 of Daley5Minutes?
Complete one or more of the following:
- Replace full size / family chocolate bars with fun size treats
- Create your own single-serving snack packs of fruits and nuts
- Replace another 3 of your favourite foods with lower fat / lower sugar versions
- Repeat yesterday’s 5-minute exercise video
