Are you ready for Day 173 of Daley5Minutes?

- Chew each mouthful 20 times or more for each meal this week
- Make your lunch – don’t buy it every day this week
- Have low fat dips and raw veg for lunch instead of sandwiches for lunch this week
- Repeat yesterday’s 5-minute exercise video
