Daley Challenge

Complete one or more of the following:

  • Walk for 20 minutes
  • Climb up and down the stairs 5 times each hour
  • Whilst watching TV or sitting down – lift your legs so that they are straight in front of you 20 times and repeat this twice in the evening
  • Repeat yesterday’s 5-minute exercise video
