Daley5Minutes is a ‘daley’ programme of health and wellbeing delivered by email directly to your phone or chosen device.
Each day, you will receive an email from me, with what you need to do for the day.
You will be given a 5-minute exercise video (every other day for the first 60-days), a ‘daley’ challenge and a ‘daley’ motivation –
with me as your coach. You don’t have to be young or have any fitness base to start Daley5Minutes – just a willingness
to make a change and get off the couch!
We are not looking to add years to your life but life to your years and above all make exercise fun!
